REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SOCIAL FACILITATION SERVICES FOR CONCRETE REPAIRS AND JOINT SEALS REPLACEMENT ON NATIONAL ROUTE N12 SECTION 20 FROM OGIES (KM 42.50) TO EMALAHLENI (KM 68.84)

SANRAL, represented by Zutari (Pty Ltd) is seeking a social facilitation service provider to assist in liaising with the Stakeholders of Emalahleni local municipality for the N12 construction project. 

You are hereby requested to submit a quotation for Social Facilitation Services on the above stated project. The quotation shall be according to standard requirements and scope described in the attached project background information (Annexure A) and Pricing Schedule (Annexure B).

The appointed service provider will be required to enter into an agreement with Zutari (Pty Ltd) and will be expected to fulfil the conditions stipulated in the sub-consultancy agreement, an example of such an agreement is provided in (Annexure C).

Please note that you are required to submit the completed quotation in electronic format via email to isador.godden@zutari.com (please insert “N.012-200-2022/1Social Facilitator RFQ” in the subject line). Kindly respond via formal quotation on or before 14h00 on 04 July 2025. The quotation must be submitted as one .pdf document arranged in the following order:

1.      Cover letter.

2.      Documents listed under evaluation criteria, in the listed order.
