TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Lane closure on the Ndabakazi N2 Intermodal Interchange
Eastern Cape, 31 October 2025: The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) wishes to inform road users that there will be a temporary traffic lane closure at the Ndabakazi N2 Intermodal Interchange on Saturday, 1 November 2025, between 10:30 and 13:00.
During this period, both carriageways under the bridge will be closed to allow for scheduled official proceedings.
In addition, the off-ramp from the East London direction towards Tsomo will also be temporarily closed for approximately 2.5 hours.
Traffic officials will be on-site to assist and manage traffic flow safely and to direct traffic to an alternative route.
“Motorists are advised to plan their trips accordingly and to exercise caution when travelling through the area,” said Kayakazi Mafuta, SANRAL Eastern Cape Acting Provincial Head.
SANRAL apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks motorists for their patience and cooperation during this period.
